Because every application possesses unique instrumentation architectures and user volumes, our formal engagement estimates are calculated based on three objective technical criteria:
1. Funnel Step Depth
A simple 3-step sign-up flow requires fewer forensic traces than a 12-step multi-branch fintech onboarding sequence with KYC validation.
2. Platform Coverage
Auditing a single native iOS client versus a cross-platform deployment across iOS, Android, and Web React applications.
3. Telemetry Log Hygiene
Apps with cleanly structured event warehouses require less log normalization than systems with legacy schema drift.
Consulting Terms & Milestone Schedule
Standard fixed-scope engagements are billed in two milestones: 50% upon contract execution and telemetry onboarding, and 50% upon delivery of the final executive diagnostic report and engineering handover workshop.
